The Dream Lodge Group Walsham Chalet Park Ltd Deep Concern for Relatives - The Dream Lodge Group - Ponzi Scheme? Great Dunmow England / Essex

I recently returned from a three week stay with relatives living permanently on a holiday park in Norfolk UK.  They have been caught, I suspect by false promises and after reading their original contract they have been greatly misled by The Dream Lodge Group about the right to permanently reside on the park.  I have now had an opportunity to check on the rules regarding permanent use of a mobile home or lodge as they call it and it is very clear.  You can not stay on a UK Holiday Park permanently.  Despite this they were told the park is open 12 months of the year and they could stay as long as they liked.  But in the contract it clearly states they can't.  Depsite this we met at least 12 couples on the site that were residing there.  Clearly the management and owners of the business; Simon Moir and Lisa Moir are blantantly aware of this and let it slide to enable sales of the hugely over priced "Lodges"

My friends have been trying to sell their lodge for over 2 years and are trapped in a situation where they can only sell it via The Dream Lodge sales team. I witnessed and listened clearly to one female sales person telling another unwitting client that they could stay on the park as long as they wanted.  If you subsequently want to sell the lodge you will discover that The Dream Lodge Group will make no reasonable attempt to sell it at all.  The price will be vastly inflated making it unreasonable to buy.  

But the most concerning element of what this company are offering is a guaranteed return of 8% for three years on amounts of up to £350,000 and more.  But there is absolutely no guarantee of getting your initial investment back at the end of the term.  Given what my friends have encountered in trying to sell their lodge for more than two years and the return of your investment with this company is wholly dependent on the resale of the lodge or part thereof that you have invested in, what are the chances of ever getting your money back?! Slim to none!  

So if you find this report when investigating a potential investment or purchase with this company please be careful.  I write it in the hope of warning off potential victims to what I suspect is a very elaborate ponzi scheme.  It is unregulated and you will not have any rights in trying to get your money back.
