I had a very unpleasant experience on Wednesday, Oct 15, while I was waiting in line waiting to be seated as a VIP guest in the audience for Dr. Phil at Paramount Studios. I will never be a fan of Dr.Phil again after this experience. I received an invite to sit in the audience via the internet so I decided to go for it. I thought since I was driving really far, I would stay for two shows. While I was waiting in line just before I was to go onto the audience, I was approached by a production assistant and she made a comment, You are on TV a lot and that is bad for our show. I was very offended by that comment because she said it in front of a lot of people and it made me feel I wasn't welcomed. It came cross as being very rude because what if I had been Donald Trump or Oprah Winfrey, I would have never been treated like that.
I was recently on a game show, and in an infomercial and maybe they saw me on that, but I am not an actress. The day after I came home, I couldn't help but feel I should write a letter to the show and express my feelings and disappointment. I ended up receiving a call from a person by the name of Adrian Alvarez who was very nasty and irate with me on the phone. He was yelling, and told me he said he had already spoke to me about my complaint but that was untrue. The only time I ever spoke to him was when I was standing in line and I made a comment that he had the same cell phone as I do. I would be willing to take a lie detector test to prove that I am being honest. When I tried to write to the show again, I received an email from Adrian saying he was reading my emails to the Dr. Phil show. That is really frustrating, because when I called the show directly through Paramount's number they said Adrian doesn't work for them. And, when I said, "Imagine if you had been a huge fan of Oprah and you came to see her show, and two staff members treated you really unfairly. The woman responded by saying, 'I don't like Oprah.' " She went on to scold me and say, "You aren't supposed to stay for two shows.", as if I am supposed to know that. When I received an invitation for their show, I was never told you can't stay for two shows. After that converation I was even more hurt because I just couldn't win! This event has stressed me so much and I am in shock that this could have happened. I have always looked up Dr. Phils show and I never dreamed this would have happened. Dr.Phil is definitely a phony because if he truly wanted to help people like he tries to on his show, he would have found a way to talk to me. I sent him a certified letter and he never responded. I will never be a fan of Dr.Phil again.

what's wrong with your life that you would be so upset over this. They want new faces each tuime so rhe viewing audience is different each time, Ever stopped to think about that? I doubt dr. Phil sees these complaints or he would never get anything done, Go volunteer somewhere with dying or abused childrenm your outlook on life will change dramatically!

You were invited to sit in the audience during a taping of the show. You got that and apparently decided on your own to stick around for the B show's taping.
To sit in on the B show takes a separate reservation process. Think of the person who drove a long way to see that B show and you were trying to take his or her seat.
The rules are clearly listed:

I don't see why you're taking this out on Dr. Phil.

Give me a break. You are stressed because a production assistant on the Dr. Phil show and person by the name of Adrian Alvarez insulted you on the phone. You cannot blame Dr. Phil McGraw for actions committed by other people unless you know he made policy to exclude multiple audience attendance. You sent a certified letter to Dr. Phil, give me a break. He probably gets hundreds of letters a month and you expect a personal reply?
