Raj Natarajan is the owner of Mint Homes in Houston AND THE DURHAM HOUSE. Raj contracted me to provide "specially fabricated materials" for a restaurant he was remodeling in the Houston area, namely "The Durham House" located at 1200 Durham drive Houston, Texas 77077. The materials and labor I provided were very expensive white marble table tops that had to be cut, and polished and made table ready for the restaurant use.
Raj agreed to pay me per contract $4290 for the fabrication and delivery of the described materials. This price did not included sealing the table tops which was an extra job i performed on request and billed for another $500 or $4,790 in total.. After delivering the tables, 36 in all, Raj and Mint homes refused to pay the invoice which has forced me to be without my money for months and also forced me to file a lien on the property while my family goes without food or Christmas presents .
Raj does not answer his calls or mail. Moreover, I have now discovered that Raj's pattern of non-payment is a pattern that he has persistently used on other contractors whom I will not name here out of respect for them. Some have referred to him as a "contruction crook". I say don't be fooled by the nice veneer that he projects or you could be a victim also.

I hereby withdraw the report I filed on November 1, 2015 against Raj Natarajan, Raj Natarajan, Jr, Mint Homes, Raj Development Corporation, Woodrows. I was emotional at the time of filing the report. I hereby apologize for the damage caused to the accused parties."
