Eagle warranty manager Bill service agent Derrick, are rude on the phone do not let you talk they keep talking and you can not stop with a question. They are professional at ripping off US the customers. Dont know how they sleep at night! Will not authorize mechanic to fix the car my daughter had only 2 weeks prior to it breaking down and towed. Mechanic says it is the motor due to unlubricated parts and it then overheated is the cause. Bill the Mgr at Eagle wants my daughter to pay for tear down of the engine until he finds the cause of the failure! Therefore it has sat for now 3 weeks becuase we dont know what to do. They want her to pay for tear down 7-8 hours of labor for mechanic to find the cause of the engine failure. Mechanic says this is their way to get out of paying and trying ot blame driver. This company is the biggest Fraud for Used Car dealers to sell their Junk cars to uneducated used car buyers. My 19 yr old was coerced into buying a car she did not want they would not let her walk away.
