The Eagle Warrenty Corporation Hello we also fall victims of this so called company. $2,000 to them to cover our cars and on june 29th 2009 we looking for 306.00 reimbursement sept 10,09 STILL WAITINGHELP were looking to get a reimbursement from eagle they have put us on hold ,told me 10-15 days checks are cut.told me computers were down the list is very long of excusses Eyon, Pennsylvania

The Eagle Warranty Corporation SHOW ME THE MONEY! YOU'VE HAD 3.5 MONTHS TO REIMBURSE ME. WHY IS IT THAT I'VE CALLED 17 TIMES AND I GET PUT ON HOLD? NO ONE PICKS UP WHEN I AM TRANSFERRED!!!

We sumitted a claim on June 29, 2009.  I gave the Eagle Warranty Corporation two months to reimburse me.  So by the time mid-July rolls around and there's still "no check in the mail,"  I decide to shoot them another phone call. Nancey told me the check was being cut and was on tracies desk to be sentbut it was not even being cut it was backlogged so they say.Several days go by so I call their "800" number. They transfer me to accounting.  NO ONE PICKS UP. I try again another day. They transfer me again to accounting and I get a voice mail stating that if I leave my name, number and authorization number, they will return my call.  NO RESPONSE.  I call again, and again and again.  I have called 17 times and have gottenmore excusses then Regan has jellybeans.  Oh, about a month ago, I did speak to a human being who told me there was some delay with the checks, but mine would be processed in a week. RIGHT ON!   NO CHECK.Called on 9-08-09 and they told me to wait 18 bussiness days before they would put a stop on the check and issue another one sounds like s**+*to me  I have never interacted with a company that is so awful with customer service.  If I could talk to the president of the company rather than some rude peon on the customer service ladder I would give him a piece of my mind.  This company needs to have some lawyers knock on their doors. This is beyond ridiculous!
