The Eros Guide Did not give me the ad I paid for and would not give me money back. Eros Guide STOLE from me. Oakland California

HORRIBLE customer service. It can be 20-40 minutes on hold before someone picks up your call. Everyone acts like it's their first day on the job and depending on who you talk to you get a different answer for everything. Tried unsuccessfully to place my ad for over 7 days before I was told that it was on hold for 3 days for my thumbnail cropping instructions? WTF?! How come NO ONE told that to me when I was calling in?

THEN they mess up my ad and put up the wrong phone number. Completely ruined my peak sales week, lost about $15,000 in gross revenue and the Eros Guide refuses to refund my $300 on their crappy ad that they couldn't get right in the first place.

It's only a mater of time before someone files a class action lawsuit against these scam artist and I'll be there to get my money back.
