The Eye Associates Dr. Gregory J. Kent Dishonest doctor lies to staff, doesn't pay promised severence, changes story about unjustified firings cheated employees and screwed the customers even more Boise Idaho

After 3 years of working tirelessly, even at night and on weekends, I was fired without due cause by this doctor who then changed the story as to why I was fired. He announced to the whole staff in a meeting that I had lied to him and had caused infighting between the staff members. These things never happened and the staff knows they didn't and are shocked by the doctor's behavior. He promised me when he let me go that I would get a month's severence pay.

Now he has refused to pay the severence to me. He says I was fired for cause and so he doesn't have to pay it. The reason he gave for firing me was that the spending was too high. I have proof that I offered several ideas at different times and he rejected them. I believe he just wanted me out since he was becoming the new owner and wanted to have his own people in there.

Now he is trying to make it so I cannot get unemployment and he is refusing to pay the months severence he promised me. I am the bread winner for my family and my husband is disabled and cannot work full time. All I want is what was promised to me.
