This will be my 3 rd installment loan with The First Bank of Delaware ie CNG. When taking out my first one I was told that this would be reported to the credit bureaus since it was financed by The First Bank of Delaware.

(I am greeted on a regular basis by emails stating FBD- payment coming up, I can look at my payment history for my current loan at FBD website.)

Not checking my credit until 4/2008 I became aware of over 51 total hard hits to all 3 credit reports and nothing showing the paid off and early installment loans.

I contacted the bank who at my surprise has no idea who I am (or keeps my records) informed that this installment loan is with CNG. I informed the cust. rep that the lender says The First Bank of Delaware. I also informed her that I have 51 hard hits to my credit report from FBD during the duration of these loans.

To say the least she was extremely nervous and did not know what to say. She told me a manager would give me a call later.--NEVER DID...

After emailing back and forth between axcess services, cng, fbd and sending them faxes, letters and finally notified them that unless these unauthorized hard hits are not taken off my credit and receipt of all payments made I will file a complaint...
Never mention who with.. Still-- I went ahead and filed a complaint with The State Banking Commission office in Delaware.

6/20/2008- ach due to be deducted from my checking account- (I have no problem paying the loan back)-- The ach was never submitted to my bank--As per my bank nothing came in since 6/06/2008 from the fbd.

Mind you I was paying more then the original contract--$120 instead of 81.54 every 2wks.. Now I am in FULL DEFAULT per FBD website and I have received phone calls--
Note: the change of payments was over the phone and I requested a written agreement detailing this for future reference...They must think I delete my email..
The first time they called notifing me of the Default-- I called The SBC in Delaware and faxed over the contract and the changes made.

Now I am not to speak to them until the SBC gets back to me-

-2/2006 The FDIC told FBD to get out of payday loans--they did not listen-- I was unaware this was though CNG-- no where on the contract does it state--however it does state any info can be reported to the credit bureaus.
