The Fishing Fly Box Took my money but refused to deliver the goods Lenexa KS

I placed an on-line order for fishing flies with them on 4/14/2015 and $32.16 and the monies were debited from my account at that time.  After not hearing from them or receiving my order after two weeks, I emailed them. Over the next few days I emailed them again and was able to leave one voicemail. Since then their voicemail is always full. I sent several more emails to no avail and then on 5/13 I receive an email saying that my order was cancelled and my monies were refunded to PayPal. In actuality, $2.64 was deposited back into my checking account. Since 5/14, I sent two additional emails to no avail. Where’s the rest of my money???

               This company is probably one of the biggest “Rip Off” on-line companies I’ve ever dealt with. If the company was having internal issues they could at least returned a call or simply sent an emailed to me and acknowledge my concerns instead of totally leaving me in the dark.  I will never do business with them again. I currently run a Fly Fishing Club for Sun Lakes, Az and have advised all my members about them. I will also go to the trouble of contacting the managers of the all fly fishing clubs in Arizona so they can advise their member as well.
