I started with this company in April 2008 while being ripped off the by ever popular FDRS. The Fulfillment center had me send letters to the credit report agencies up until December 2011 when I received this email from them:
"I have just completed a full review of your file and have determined that I am going to purge your account for 90 days. The credit bureaus have "flagged" your accounts and the bureaus are not responding whatsoever, even with the
FTC/AG filing in September. Once that flag is removed we can move forward and restart and begin getting those deletions again. New letters will be sent to you by the end of December."
Since then they have not responded to emails, phone calls or a certified letter. It was getting increasingly difficult to get them to answer me but they were up until this point. My credit is still in the hole and they have not done a thing. While they didn't have my pay them, I did pay to send the letters and they made a bunch of empty promises they did not fulfill. Obviously, I'm disgusted after not only getting ripped off my FDRS but by The Fulfillment Center as well.

Well the alternatives would have forced me to shell out a ton of money and I'd be bankrupt. That's the first reason. Another reason is because I never realized how much time this takes. I'm consistant with my mailings and sending letters to TFC and it is beyond frustrating waiting this long to get anything accomplished. But the credit report companies are like a dog with a bone. From what I understand, they don't want to let go of the negative accounts because they get paid for them.
Anyway, this has all been explained to me in detail. The only thing that really made me mad was when they wouldn't reply to anything. After I filed and things got straightened out, they have been just fine since then. I can't give up on them. Something must be working because the negative accounts came off one of the credit reports and I actually was able to get my first store credit card in years. I was very upset that it took filing with the BBB to get a response, but like I said, since then, everything's been alright I hope they have forgiven me for having to go that far. I know, it sounds like I'm a soft touch. But I have too much time invested in this to give up on them now. They really are working with me.

Thank you for reminding me to file my complaint about TFC with the Better Business Bureau. Apparently, this is the only way to get any response from this company. Also, very curious why you would continue to work with a company for five years when you've had so many problems. Just curious, thanks J

Here is the update of what is going on thus far:
As of now, I am waiting for Bruce to contact me. The certified letter I sent him contains me new phone number as do several emails I have sent. I am very confused as to why they have trouble with gmail and hotmal address when he himself uses gmail and the newsletters come from that same address. I have, however made a new email address just for him to use and will pass it along to him when I he responds.
To recap, I have tried to contact him through 4 different email address (three of them are through gmail, one is through MSN), two different phone numbers as well as a certified letter.
This was my response to him through the BBB. If he comes through with this I will make good on this and tell everyone what wonderful service they have provided since up to a few months ago I was very happy with thier service even though this has taken almost 5 years to complete. As of now, however, this is where it stands:
I have not received any emails from you. They are not coming to my email address nor are they getting sent to my spam folders. I am more than available. When I was not receiving any emails nor phone calls back and I never received a response to my certified letter, what choice do I have but to start filing complaints on a company I was told would help me.
As of your last email on December 14 saying I would not receive any letters to send to the credit bureaus until the end of December I was patient and waited. I have never NOT received your emails before (I am no longer even receiving the automated emails from you saying I'm in your workflow and to wait five days and I haven't been for a few months now. I have had to send repeated emails for a response. However I AM receiving all the newsletters you are emailing out. It's curious that I am not receiving your single emails that you have sent me, however I receive the newsletters and no one else is complaining about me not getting my emails or responding.
I'm sorry I had to do to this, once this situation is taken care of I will make good and tell everyone how much you helped me. You have my word. I know you aren't charging me a penny, I thought that's what you advertised anyway, it's not a special
favor to me. While I do appreciate it. I have enjoyed working with your company, but again, no return emails, no return phone calls, no returned letter.
There are several ways to contact me. What was I to think??? I will be happy to give your company a glowing report once this is over with. I appreciate your immediate response. Already I feel a little better about your company.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # 8897958.
I will look out for the new letters tomorrow, however this does not explain why my phone calls were not returned or the certified letter I sent to you was not answered. Someone signed for it on Tuesday January 24, 2012 at 8:10 am.
I was not going to solicit. These are people I am in close contact with who also need your help, but ok, whatever you want to do.
I'm sorry I do not have any other address other than my gmail accounts. Yahoo has lost much email in the past so I won't deal with them. It's just strange that for almost 5 years you've never had any problems with my email address. Then suddenly in 2011 there were problems.
I also want to apologize for having to click the "I do not accept the response made by the Business..." part of this, but I didn't want the case closed until this was taken care of and I wasn't sure what clicking the other option would do. You still have my word, however that once this is over and done with I will make good on this case and say it was solved in good faith.

She had been ripped off by a company back in 2008 and I told her I would love to help get her back on her feet. We prepared dispute letters and sent them to her on December 19th, 2011. She has sent two or three email to us since then and we have answered them every time....but she must not be getting them. I will try and reach out to her again on Monday, re-date the letters prepared and sent to her in December and make sure once again she is helped. Remembering all this time I am not charging this lady a penny to help her. I am absolutely disappointed that a person would file a complaint with the BBB when someone is helping them for free???
