I moved to a new house and I bought all my furniture in this store. That was the worse decision I made!!!

The day of delivere the king bedset was wrong and I had to call to let them know, they asked me for a picture which I had to email to the lady. 30 minutes later she called the driver and told me through the guy that they wil deliver the correct furniture. 

I had to wait for almost two more hours until the guy came back. I went inside the truck to be sure the king bed set was the correct one.

I was very dissapointed, the king bedset was the floor sample with a lot of scratch all over, I called the lady and asked for an explanation and she never apologized, I did not accept this bed set. They called me next day with a new date of delivery for my king bedset, which was the same week, so I agreed. Well, two days later they called me with a new excuse and that they will have the complete bed set in two more weeks. At that point I was very upset because first they tried to trick me delivering the floor sample and no apologize!! what king of store does that?. I said I want my money back. I read the bill and if they do not deliver your furniture your right it is to get your money back. Anyways she just laughed at me and said they never give back the money. I asked to speak with the manager and she answered that the store does not have a manager. WHAT?? NO MANAGER?

I went directly to the store to ask for my money back and I asked for the manager. The manager was the same guy who sold me the furniture MIKE, I explained the situation to him and he was even worse: NO MONEY BACK. I asked to speak with the owner of the store and MIKE answered, the owner never talks with the customer. At that point I was willing to get a lawyer which I did, my lawyer told me to create a dispute because I paid with credit card, so I called my bank and I started the proccess. 

The bank gave me all my money back, the owner of the store called me and yelled at me asking for his furniture. I though he never talks with the customers!!! They came for all their furniture!!

This store and all the employees are a nightmare, THEY DO NO CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. They will try to steal your money and deliver whatever they want to deliver. If your furniture does not come in the boxes it is because is the floor sample. Be aware of that!!!

I am happy that I have a lawyer, but if you dont have one, you can create a dispute, your right is to get your money back if they don't deliver your furniture.
