The Gardening Zone defective products and will not stand behind them Internet

The Gardening Zone is a terrible company who does not stand behind its inferior products. I ordered several different bugs from them that I received March 17 20010 and am extremely unsatisfied. I know my lace wings never hatched and have six praying mantis egg cases that I keep on my front porch and check several times a day and they never hatched either. I have always used Gardens Alive in past and never had any  problems and always received excellent customer service. The only reason I used The Garden Zone was for the praying mantis. I feel so upset because I am out the seventy dollars I spent and now have to buy from another company. I have emailed them five times and they will not respond or refund my money. Terrible products and the worst customer service. Buyer beware and do not use this company or you too will be rip off.
