The Garysson Group - A Cydcor Subsidiary.. I'm Definitely Not Working Here. They called for an interview, I never heard of them, so I did my research. THANK GOD I DID. Pittsburgh Pennsylvania

So I recently received a phone call about a job with The Garysson Group. I did a little research online, and I found ripoffreport.com. I saw the current articles and I looked up their parent company Cydcor, and believe you me, I will NOT be accepting this job. Not only did I browse through the articles on this website, but I browsed through articles on several other sites, and I also found a few people in my current building that knew of Cydcor and The Garysson Group and their 2 cents about these companies was similar to everyone else's 2 cents.
1. I'm not posting this to tell everyone NOT to work here. But from what I hear, it sounds like you have to alternative income to work here. So many people have written and said how the pay barely adds up to what you have to pay half of the time. (Sidenote: I read the previous articles on here, and I noticed that the person's rebuttal was kind of rude. I can understand stressing about how not everyone can do the job, but they sounded rude about the finances. I didn't appreciate it. I definitely wouldn't want to work for a company that engages in pettiness.)

2. I've read and heard about how the company works, and it may not be a scam, but it does sound like it works like a pyramid, everything trickles down from the top. It sounds like money CAN be made, but it sounds harder than just your average go to work job. I've worked in sales before, I've worked face to face selling products for years, but I was never told that I was going to be on commission only, and then receive smaller pay than I was told. It just sounds all very shady to me.
I'm not trying to bash any companies, I'm just here to give my opinion as a concerned prospect.

So, whether they're a major company, or a little company, or a subsidiary, DO YOUR RESEARCH. It never hurts to get an idea of what you're getting into.
