Has very impressive web site probably due to how much money they have stolen.
I had a $100.00 Nordstrom Gift card that I attempted to exchange. The web site offered me $92.00 for it so I followed the prompts including the card number and security number. When I went to submit there is an error message that comes up before you can enter your information.
I made a second attempt but the card came up as already submitted and would not let me process it. There is a chat bubble that when you click it takes you to a contact via email page despite the claim there are people standing by to chat.
There is no phone number and as far as I can tell no physical address. I sent several emails with no response.
When my daughter attempted to use the card she was told that there were no funds on the card.
