The gilded paw A merchant that doesn't give a d***- rip off report about a company going under and still not caring about customer service Internet

 Elizabeth Yodice seems to have her own understanding of right and wrong and customer service. One Google search later ones finds rip off reports about gilded paw and outraged customers getting no answer to any of their voicemails or emails while they had been charged for merchandise never received. Or old and used merchandise being sent to them. This was in 2008 and 2009. We dealt with this woman in 2015 around the Holidays. My wife and I offered to buy half of her designer dog coats. 19 pieces with an option to buy the other half as well of the sizes work out.

She haggled with the pride for weeks. Most of he time we had to send four emails to get one response. She finally told us that she will send an invoice and beer did. Supposedly she doesn't know how to invoice besides using PayPal. We sent her tons of merchant services that will invoice for her. She never answered. To this day she ignored all texts, voicemails, emailed sent after over 3 months of correspondence. Our customers are outraged that we were unable to provide them with the merchandise they ordered through us. We had to reimburse them and lost their trust and loyalty. This woman is either lost in space or a scam artist. Although she didn't make a penny dragging our patience around in the process, she managed to destroy our reputation with sheer incompetence and ignorance. A person like this should never be in business, especially online where one has to be trusted to do what is advertised. Shameful behavior
