The Golba Group Inc Incompetent management. Took money under false pretenses. Gilbert Arizona

The Golba Group found a tenant for our property in Gilbert AZ. They did collect the rent and took 9% commision every month. But although they knew the occupants of the house had changed and more people were now residing at the property, they neither informed me the owner or took any interest in the welfare of the property.

At the termination of the lease Golba just announced that the property had been left in a poor state. Poor state is a mammouth understatement. It cost me around $1100 to put the property back into a habitable condition.

As I was very agrieved about their lack of management and said that I would no longer require their services they refused to pursue the now ex tenant for the damages. I started claiming some recompense from the ex tenant but six months later the management of Golba instructed a collections agency to persue the ex tenant.

I was livid as they had previously washed their hands of me and the property and now out of the blue they decided to claw back monies that they were not entitles to have. At that point the ex tenant stopped all further payments to me.
I am still out over $7000.

I visited and complained to Golba but to no avail. They even stated they had managed my property to the best of their ability and were not responsible for the lack of care.
