The Good Feet Store untrained salespeople, not properly sized, selling to people that don't walk but maybe two steps Salem Oregon

I am writing for my friend  who paid $1159 for shoes and arches she cannot wear.  She was sold the incorrect size.  One size was 10.5 W and one was 11 WW.  Why two different sizes and two different widths for two pairs of shoes?  The receipt showed W on the size 11.  I took a picture of the boxes.  She came in the store in a wheel chair.  The salesman did not fit her correctly.  Her roommate Gloria & I  took them back and we asked for her money back.  Yes I know your receipt says no refunds.  But in a case of improper fitting I think a refund is in order.  I was at her home when she tried them on to show me how they didn't fit.  Costs were not explained to her by the salesman.  It is not that she can't afford to pay for shoes but this is out of line.  She can't even walk more than a few steps in any case if it be at home or out.  She has a wheel chair and scooter equipped van.  Rides the small wheelchair in her house, the scooter to the car and into Church.  You need to have some mature salespeople.  The salesman you have don't have a clue about how to fit people.  They are too young to know anything about old feet.  Shame on you and shame on your company and your company rep.  Yes you will go on Rip Off site, Facebook and anyplace else that I can let other people know not to purchase from your Salem, OR store.
