My vehicle's air conditioner needed to be repaired. I told the man what was wrong ,asked that it be fixed,and charged up. Upon picking up said vehicle, I was assured the air was up and running. After a few minutes it became obvious the system had not been repaired. I went back and was told that they tested the system,but didn't repair it. I was told the compressor was bad. I knew for a fact this was not true. I demanded my 30 dollars back since the work I wanted wasn't performed. I was informed by the inept technician/manager that I was an idiot and was not to set foot on their property ever again.As if I would!
Believe me, I told everyone at work what transpired ,and they all agreed to not patronize this low-brow outfit ever again.

Please see my article on the Galesburg Store. I was fired today. We have recieved calls ahead of time from the Moline stores to notify if a irrate customer is headed our way, the District Manager Lee "last name unknow" is advise of the customers situation and then instruct the manager/employee on what to say to prevent the company from having to repair the vehicle.

The District Manager is fully aware of the problems and prevent the owner Busk from being sued.

When I tried to call Lee he told me to report these problems, I was told I was no longer needed and my manager had moved on from me He did not care, and he did not have time to listen to me.

air conditioning is never a guaranee by our company or any other.

Also there is always a 30 dollar machine hook up fee regardless of what we find. (NO EXCEPTIONS) For you to voice your opinion about this first you need to tell the truth. You were told about this hookup fee before service was started and that is what you got charge for.
