The Great Indoors - Mobile Contractors Using Bad Installers And Not Providing Good Customer Service Remedies, ripoff Las Vegas Nevada

When the dishwasher that came with our home finally broke down, we purchased a new one at the Great Indoors store in Las Vegas. We also paid to have the dishwasher delivered and installed.

The people doing the delivery/installation worked for a company called Mobile Contractors, and although they do seem to have installed the new dishwasher correctly, they managed to disable two other features of our kitchen sink while doing it, and because of the fact that this was just before Christmas 2006, we have not yet been able to get them to come back out and restore what needs fixing. Because my wife and I are in our seventies, and have bad knees, we cannot get in there to do what needs doing ourselves. Therefore we are stuck until Mobile Contractors can bring themselves to come back out.

We have tried going back to Great Indoors to complain, but they tell us that the matter is out of their hands.

It is absolutely wrong, IMO, that when people installing your appliances make a mistake, that you are put at the bottom of their list for return service. They are the ones who made the mistake; if anyone is going to be inconvenienced because of it, it should be them. Not us. This is very poor customer service on both Mobile Contractors' part and on Great Indoors' part.

It will be a cold day in Hell before we have anything more to do with either Mobile Contractors or Great Indoors.
