After seeing an infomercial on "The greatest vitamins in the World" early one morning which offered me a distributorship for $35 with a marketing plan that seemed to be infallable, I called the company to order the start up kit.
When I called I was offered several additional items to include the vitamins themselves, a book on natural cures, a website, etc. After about 20 minutes of wrangling with the sales rep I finally agreed to the website which seemed to be a good deal for an additional $35.00. So I paid the $70.99.
When I received my package I was surprised to see that my starter kit had a few CDs containing the exact same info that was on the infomercial that I saw. The only difference was that one of the CDs told me to call an 800# immediately to begin making serious money. So I did right away.
Only to find some over eager sales rep, Ralph Morales (1-888-340-1093)on the other end trying to sales me more stuff, primarily a $3000 package guaranteeing me to make money. When I explained to him that I didn't have that kind of money, he began to probe into my personal finances asking me question like "How much can you give me today, how much do you have in your bank account?"
Finally when I said I could probably spare $250, he said "I cant do it for 250.00, get me $350. and well get you started on something. What a crock. I told him forget it. He tried to go back down on the price but I said forget it and hung up.
I thought about it and called back and said I wanted to return the product per my 30 day money back guarantee. The customer department said that they would have to have their quality control dept call me back within 24 hours which they did not.
I called again and spoke with the sales department who was so rude once I told them I wanted to return something and belted out the customer service # again telling me to call them. When I told them that I needed to just get a return address they wouldnt give me any info at all and I said I'll have to call Customer service for that.
Yet another put off!! I called customer service back and told them I would be returning the product and expected a full refund and they "advised" me not to do that before I receive my call from their quality control department or I may not get it credited properly.
I began to research this company and can now clearly see that this is all part of their ploy to drag people out as long as they can so that they dont have to honor the 30 day guarantee all though I dont imagine that they would anyway after reading all of the fraudulent reports I see have been filed.
I will cancel the charge on my debit card tomorrow and pay the $25 to do so because these people cannot be trusted and I would rather reap some of my money back then none at all.
Please research this company before making any investment. Read the report on Don Lapre on quack watch and you will discover just what a career criminal this guy has been preying on innocent people like you an dime to make his money for many years through many various businesses.
Good luck to you!!

First, I am sorry you had ANYTHING to do with this creep/crook. In the past he has been indicted for guess what? FRAUD!!
Secondly, don't feel bad. A lot of good folks such as yourself have been sucked in by his B.S.
Get your charge card to reverse the charges. If you have a reputable CC it should be a sinch!
Good luck and stay away from ANY and ALL infomercials!!
