The Guardian Group Fund, Luis Belevan AZ office GGF is a SCAM, Class Action Needs to be Filed Scottsdale, Arizona

I dealt with an agent from a CA based office for the Guardian Group Fund, LLC (Arizona is the mail office).  We, of course, did this out of desperation of saving our home from foreclosure. We processed & submitted all required paperwork (Nov 2009), typical loan application (just like a process when you purchase a home), and all personal information! By Dec 2009, the CA agent said our app was approved. How ecstatic we were (AND Naive!). I sent the $1,595 required fee via check, it was cashed within a day or so, and after that the run arounds of emails continued on and on. Up until the weekend before our home was auctioned, I have heard from no one from GGF other than the generic type emails, and some woman saying she didn't have my contact info - when in fact, she had left me (1) vm (total) few week prior to this. We had to move within 2 weeks of the auction, the stress of this whole process is UNimaginable. I demanded a refund continued to email and call the CA agent with no success of getting our $$ back. For over a month now, waiting and nothing.  I filed a consumer complaint on May 2, 2010 to the Office of the Attorney General - State of Arizona and told my story that this company is a SCAM.  I recently went to their website www.guardiangroupfund.com (AZ office) and www.theguardiangroup.com (CA office) and it's completely different, not the same type company!  I read the reports on this website ripoffreport.com and as of May 10, 2010, it stated the State of AZ has shut down GGF. 

For those who were victims of this company, we were all unfortunate to have to experienced this. We will never see our $$ again and I know we have learned our lesson!
