The Hartford at Work Insurance ripoff Internet

 I filed a claim with the short term disability company that provides services to the employee’s for the State of AZ. Hartford consistently delays the claim: first wanting information from the primary care doctor; requiring information from the specialist. The claim is delayed despite frequent contact regarding the date of appointments, date of procedures, and awaiting results of the procedures. Delaying the payment of claim if further referrals are required. Currently I have not had a paycheck for 1 month and no payment is on the horizon.

 Simply this company makes the claims process so difficult the average person would probably give up. This is a rip-off. Premiums are paid on time and they are an additional cost for a service that does not exist.
