I was paying pills the week of the 11th. I always pay mine online through my bank, but I can not pay my insurance online b/c it never gets there in time, sooooooo.... I paid the insurance over the phone. It was $85.94...a couple of days later I check my balance online. I was in the negitive. So I was mad, I thought my husband had over drawn the account.
NOPE THE F***ING Insurance company took out $244.93???????? $158.99 more than I confirmed I was paying them???
What did the customer service people say to me on the phone? That I was a retard! Yes, she went there! I have been going off! I have had 3 things bounce now because of them, which is $33 a piece. The insurance company refuses to pay them back to the bank. So now that is $99 that I don't have-which makes my account now $109 negitive!
They are saying I accidentally said $244.93. What I am wondering is how did I accidentally agree to pay $244.93 instead of $85.94? I know my money and how much I have to pay, I even told the lady look I have NEVER paid you more than the minimum....why would I do something different now?
When I was talking to a lady today and told her the woman called me a retard, she happens to be the manager of the customer service, I hope not for too much longer!
I have called like every 10 minutes, complaining to everyone I can talk to. The B**ch Bernie who is the manager of customer service, I have told them all about her calling me a retard. Can you believe that?
They are ruining my life because of a freaking computer glitch. I am so far in the hole now I don't know if I will ever get out!
If you are looking at these to decide wether or not to use this insurance company...DO NOT USE THE HARTFORD/OMNI INSURANCE COMPANY!! They do not give a flying F*** about you!

You don't focus too much on how they suggested what might have happened...from reading this report, it sounds like you got on the phone, asked why they took out so much when you usually pay the minimum, and the rep said "You're a retard", and the call ended. Somehow I think you're leaving a lot of details out. What did you say to her before she shot back at you?
