Ray Heard is dishonest.
Don't give him your artwork, don't sign contracts with him. He's running a disgusting consignment shop that he calls an art gallery. It's a garage sale. You'll never see your art back. Stay away!
He's got a horrible reputation!
And he's selling my stolen art!
Artist Albert Kurtyan informs the public that beginning August 31, 2014, the Ray Heard Fine Art Gallery, located at 2217 Post Office St., is no longer authorized to sell his artwork. After that date, all artwork purchased at said gallery will be considered stolen and the property title will be void. Contact the artist for authentication of artwork at (409) 457-5998 Artwork includes,among others, the following original pieces: Regatta, Tallship Elissa, Landing Pelican, The Strand, Mario's Restaurant, Pleasure Pier, prints, etc.
