The Herbal Group Scam Artists Internet

On online offer for a Home Depot Card had the offer for a free supply plus $4.95 SH of Lubrajoint. After numerous calls I was unable to receive a refund of the $69.00 charge that was put on my Visa debit card for Lubrajoint from The Herbal Group.

These vitamins did arrive as promised but not at the charge they had advertised. There was suppose to be a $4.95 charge ( the charge for a free sample and the S&H charge).
At the number provided a Jennifer gets on line and says they have issued a credit after I desputed the charge. Yes they did credit the $4.95. However the $69.90 charge still remains after 7 days and cost me $70.00 in additional bank overdraft charges.

The number is active and working -they just don't do what you request and the email they have listed does not work.

While they appear to have changed the game since 2006 and 2007 the fact still remains- they charge misleading charges and will not respond in a fashion to keep you from costly charges to you.

I could only afford the $4.95 at the time- now I am in the hole for $130.00. Disceptive and shady is how I would label them. Buyers be very aware.
