The car dealership claims to have a 100% credit approval on there vehicles. They claim they can provide financing to anybody regardless of credit. I was looking for a vechicle and had been turned down by every car dealership I applied to. I found them on the internet through a vehicle search engine "www.automart.com" . I went the the dealerships website and called the provided phone number.

I told them about my credit situation and how I had bad credit. They told me it wouldnt be a problem and they could get me into the 2004 Jeep Wrangler I wanted to purchase. I was so excited after being turned down by several other dealerships. They asked me to fill out the online application.

I filled out the application . They than asked me to send a copy of my paystub and a phonebill. I did what they asked. I contacted them to see how the process was coming along. They told me they needed some more time. I than sent them a email how it was coming along on my Jeep. They told me it was not gonna happen and they couldnt get me in the car.

I responded via email by asking them why they would advertise a 100 % credit approval if they couldnt approve certian people and why advertise that to the public if it is not true .I told them I was very dissapointed and that I would not wasted my time if I knew they wouldnt approve me. They told me on the phone they approve everyone regardless of credit history. The website also clearly states that they have a 100% Credit approval.

The website is http://www.highlinecarconnection.com/. The Highline Car Connection has yet to respond to my email about there false advertisment.

What Can You Say?

AUTHOR: Cory - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, September 05, 2007

My how times have changed. Bought my first car for $800 that I paid cash for 34 years ago. Today almost everyone wants to drive a new or like new vehicle and make payments for the rest of their lives. So be it. This guy's credit already sucks, which means he hasn't paid some or any of his other creditors, yet he wants to go out and buy a 3 year old wrangler which this dealer is willing to sell him, a vehicle at an inflated price. Then the dealer comes back and says, Yes, we would have put him in that vehicle with a LARGE ENOUGH down payment. The way those guys work is that they normally get a LARGE ENOUGH down payment to cover their cost and then some, of whatever POS vehicle they're selling the poor smuck and anything they collect after that, is gravy. They could really careless whether he makes another payment cause they've already gotten their money out of the vehicle. Now this guy is pissed cause the dealer "guaranteed" 100% credit approval yet who's to blame for his bad credit? Not the dealer. And, with ENOUGH DOWN, the dealer WILL finance ANYBODY on just the right vehicle.

The Highline Car Connection NOT false Advertising

AUTHOR: Jasonfb - (U.S.A.)

I originally filed a ripoff report on the Highline car connection on how they did not approve me. I would like that report to be removed. They are a really good dealership and I misenterprated a email they sent me. I was upset and angered by it and responded by submitting a rip-off report. They would be able to get me in a car and approved. I spoke to them and they explained to me what the meant in the email. I do recomend that you go to the Highline Catr Connection if you are looking to buy a car. They are friendly and work hard for there customers. I was wrong in filing a report and I shouldnt have until I had all the facts.

The Highline Car Connection

I am desperate that is why I came to the Highline Car Connection because of the "100% garuanteed financing" With a claim like that of course you are going to get people with bad credit who are desperate to get a vehichle because they have been turned down by other dealerships. The difference is the other dealerships are not lying and making untrue statments by saying they have "100% approval" and misleading consumers. Why would someone make a claim like that if it was untrue. Does The Highline Car Connection think that there is nothing wrong with misleading and lying? Do they think it is good bussiness practice? I dont believe that consumers will think it is. If they can mislead and be untruthful about somthing as simple as that, consumers are going to want to know what else the dealership is being unhonest about. I am glad that atleast people will be able to see the truth before they think about wasting there time.

Desperate customer taking out personal issues on Dealership!!!

AUTHOR: Jason - (U.S.A.)

My name is Jason Bisaillon, I am one of the proud owner's of Yankee Auto Sales INC D/B/A The Highline Car Connection. My Phone number is 203-573-0884. I would love to speak with anyone regarding this ridiculous claim. We do offer 100% financing to everyone that is of legal age and is a legal resident of the U.S with a valid drivers license. However if you have no credit or severily damaged credit, even if the customer had never paid any of his creditors EVER, the terms of the loan may be different than if the customer had a fair to good credit rating. When I say terms of the loan, I am speaking of Down payment amount, Length of loan, Interest rate and total amout of loan. For example:
If a customer would like to purchase a 2004 PORSCHE 911 and only has $500.00 to put towards the loan and has poor credit and the customers income does not support the payment and the car insurance, our 100% approval program would not work with that down payment for that car. However, if the customer would like to either increase the down payment or secure a qualified co-maker, it may. If the customer would like to purchace a vehicle with only $500.00, the vehicle selction may be limited. Also, if the customer has no money to register or pay for taxes on the vehicle, it may be a problem as the lein needs to be recorded at time of purchase.
Jason from Mass had told us that another dealership had secured him a loan. We told him "I'm sad to say that the other dealer that approved you may WIN your business". Never did we say that he was not APPROVED!!!!!! I am sorry if he only wants one certain vehicle. That vehicle does not work for him with the down payment he has, but I do have a loan secured for him on other vehicles or with more money down on the vehicle of he wants. I would love for anyone to check our DMV record or to check our record with the CT Better Business Bureau. If you would like to take the word from a dissapointed person, I understand as well. We are a very busy dealership and responded to Jason from Mass in a timely manner. He is in a different state and we were very upfront. Many other dealer may have just said anything to get the customer in the door and try to swich vehicles then. We did the honest thing and this is the result. However, this is The U.S.A and he is entitled to his e-pinion. I am sorry Jason from Mass feels this way, but he is approved for a loan so I don't understand the ripoff here. He is approved for a loan and he did not loose $1.00. You decide!!
