the home store located in parsons, kansas holds itself out as a professional business but is in fact very amateur operation. they quoted you one price for work and have you signed an acceptance agreement but billed you for an inflated price which is contrary to the language in their agreement (Any alteration or deviation from the specifications involving extra costs will be executed only on written orders and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate).

i have cracked slate tile that was installed wrong. i have nail wholes in the cabinets that have not been covered, screws that are pertruding through cabinet walls and hardware that has not been tighten.

i received three invoices for work that is not complete. i can only say that i will never do business with this company again and hope that anyone in southeast kansas will not take a chance with these ripoff artists.
