Purchase the 90 Day Take Back program for $1500. It arrived with no pertinent instructions and was confusing. Emailed Matt Gardner who admitted the instructions were outdated, but in so many words, "Just use documents and don't overthink it."
The website advertises attorney referrals, and quiet title information, but NONE of this was sent to me.
I am in foreclosure and desperate to save home.
I don't know if these documents can be used legally, as I heard that others got into trouble with the FBI over similar tactics of recording documents in the land records.
