Do not even consider volunteering, or donating funds to this organization. Walter Winkelman, Dr. Walt, is not what he claims. He is not a doctor. He does not have a Phd. He is very slick. He often tells people about his happiness research, but he is only after your money. He claims to be the ceo of a nonprofit, but it is purely a means of lining his own pockets. There is a current warrant for his arrest in Cook County Illinois for non payment of debts owed. He has ripped off numerous indivduals, including attorneys and landlords... have nothing to do with this indivdual. His partner in crime is a women by the name of Bonnie or Bonita. This organization is all a bunch of nonsense dreamed up by this indivdual to get rich quick... beware. Don't be fooled by this individual.

Disguise Artist?

I found three photos of the elusive Dr. W or Dr. Walt or Dr. Walter Winkelman.
Hardly looks like the same guy. Amazing what some "Just for Men" or whatever hair coloring he used in this photo can do, as well as a hair cut and a different glasses frames.
There is something unsettled even creepy about the eyes, like he is doing drugs.

I followed as many leads as I could without actively getting involved in the case.
It was like returning to my past.
Not so good times.
Could you please post everything you know about this guy online because it seems as if you have had some recent contact with him and there are apparently people in law enforcement in Illinois looking for him.
