The Hume Group - Carleton Sheets ripoff after sending back materials unused they keep taking money out of my checking account each month Wood Dale Illinois

I ordered the "educational materials" in March, and returned unused in May. In May, the amount of $84.00 was automatically taken out of my checing account. I called them and had to verify the tracking number from the UPS shipping label.

I received a refund in 14 days. In June they took $96.00, which caused a $26.00 overdraft fee on my account. I called, again had to verify the tracking number. I received a refund for $96.00, but they refused to pay the bank fee. In July they took $48.00, I called them, went through the same arguements and eventually received a refund for $48.00.

Each time I called, I was assured the problem was fixed. Each month they took more money. Now, I found where they have been taken another $8.00 in September, and another $8.00 in October.

I have to call them again. I am so mad. When is it going to stop???
