The Inside Circle and Sean Briscombe Fraud
To Whom It May Concern:
Mr. Briscombe had started off trying to selling me life insurance. He seemed nice enough and honest so I filled out a "when and where" worksheet that he provided. This worksheet has you list your entire net worth, all of you investments, debt, assetts etc. After getting my informatiaon the bait and switch started. He started out wanting to sell me insurance, but now wanted to let me in on his "Inside Circle" where only the elite get secret and unknown deals. He will tell you that they are very secret and not know to the general public. He asked that I send him $5000.00 with a money back guarantee. I got this in writing from him just in case the deals were bogus. After he sent me the first deal which he called "1st right of refusal" I looked into the board of directors. I researched as much as possible on the internet and found that one of the board members was accused of fraud. I asked Sean for my money back and he exclaimed that I must have false information. He then got back to me and told me that it was true and that the board member had resigned in 2014. He convinced me this was just a fluke and asked me to look at the next deal. When I got the next 1st right of refusal deal, I didn't like it and told him I wanted out. I also found that one of his past business partneres, Justin Davis, had just been convicted of fraud. I told him to mail my $5000.00 back and he told me he would fedex it. When it didn't arrive, I called American Express to investigate. He called and told me that his secretary forgot to mail the check. I then told him I was done discussing any type of business with him. He assured me he would mail the check but I told him not to because AMEX would refund and I also didn't want to wait on any more of his lies. I just got a letter from AMEX explaing that they sided with him and would not refund my money. He is a fraud and never had intentions of giving it back. I have now reopened the case with AMEX with copies of all of his emails and money back guarantee. I feel that this will be a slam dunk on getting my money refunded. I just hope that by writing this, I can save many people money and headaches from dealing with this fraud.

Update: AMEX did side with me and gave me a full refund of my $5000.00 and Sean tried to fight it. He never had any intention of refunding my money. I had too many warning signs from dealing with him and had to trust my gut. I am a multimillionaire and am not saying that to boast, only to warn people that I didn't get to this point in my life by doing business with people like Sean. Do your due dilligence and be very careful. There are too many people wanting you to pay them up front for something that they don't deliver on.
As for the 66 year old that Sean helped.........maybe he did, but his business associates being convicted of fraud were just too much of a warning sign for me. As for putting in the work. I have put in the work. I did my research and made my best judgment call and I was right. When the money back gaurantee didn't come through from Sean and I had to fight it I knew I had made the right decision. I'm just glad I had documentation to back up what Sean said.
He had forgot that he put his guarantee in an email to me. He sent in tons of paperwork to AMEX to prove he should have been paid and all of that paperwork was just insurance quotes that anyone can get from any insurance agent. I would not be suprised if Sean wrote the rebuttle or had a close friend do it. All I know is he lied to me and I don't do business with liars. Good luck and as the previous poster said ''You have to put in the hard work" and he is correct. You can't just pay someone to put you on to "hidden deals" so that you can get rich.

I've been working with Sean Briscombe now for over 5 yrs, and I can honestly say that this report is absulute BS...Sean is an awesome business consultant, coach, and communicator. He has several coaching programs and offers. I myself, after working with Sean for over 5 yrs, jumped into the Insiede Circle opportunity...it was an obvious no brainer for me!
The Inside Circle was instrumental in several business breakthroughs that I personaly had! It was an amazing jouney, and still is....I still have regularly scheudled meetings with Sean to go over everything going on in my world. The Inside Circle not only gave me acces to other opprotunities,but association, meeting legal & professional advisors on Sean's team!
Sean also helped me to structure my own business, and personal finances in a way that was truly transformative! I was also able to jump into this exact opportunity that's beeing discussed (the 1st right of refusal reports)...and I've seen huge results!
Is it a big financial commitment? yes!
Is it a big commitment in terms of time, energy, effort for you? yes!
Is it worth the change? Absolutely yes!!
Sean has never missed a meeting, never missed a coaching session, always came through with what he said he'd do! I paid off over $1mm in debt, using Sean's coaching and his stystems, methods, and practices! Imagine that...me at 66 today (I was staring retirement in the face when I first met Sean) being able to pull that off?? It can be done!
I was able to structure Trusts & Foundations, using the 1041 tax code, that now ultimately protect me, my family, my business, my income...there is NOTHING that I have done with Sean that has ended in a bad result...and yes...I too, now understand how life insurance can be used as a banking system, for your own personal or business needs! So, yes, there's is Life Insurance in the mix...it only makes sense!
In fact, I can honestly say, that everything he does in his taching and coaching practice is spot on! I hightly recommend you look into what he has to offer. For yourself, for your partner, your kids...
I know haver certainty and clarity that I never had before as a business owner and investor...I know what my #1 asset is (me), and my #1 investment is (my business), and I've structured everything around that reality! My guess is that this isn't about Sean Briscombe at all! This is about whoeve posted this...how do I know? Simple...if you do the work, you get the results! Period!
Those who are not committed to doing the work, are unlikely to see the results they want...and then start the blame game. Instead of owning their results, they throw out insults like this, twist the truth, and try to create chaos for others who are seeing results that they're not getting...it's that sumple.
