I received a Red and Yellow DISPATCH envelope earlier this week with paperwork requesting a Discounted fee of 9.00 and to complete a Form 1080 and mail back to Award Processing Center 1401 Armour Road PO Box 219240 Kansas City MO 64121-9240. This was all contingent to cash a $15,000.00 check and the date was 05/13/2013. I have sent this to the Postmaster General for them to follow up on.
I also received another piece of mail from Award Notification Commission PO Box 2905 Kansas City KS 66110. They requested $11.89 to be paid to ANC via cash, check, m.o or c.c. They also require that you send back the entire page and payment in the envelope they provide with the return address of Judging and Financial Matters Final Processing PO Box 2905 Kansas City Kansas 66110-2905 United States of America.
The only sweepstakes I am playing is the PCH and I don't believe they would request money to process their awards.
