I have received numerous sweepstakes forms such as the International Award Payment. Center. Plus others, its to my knowledge that real sweepstakes don't ask u to pay for a chance to win.
I think this is unfair for such people to take advantage of individuals in the world whom really are decent and trying to get by in this screwed up world. With the way society is and all the money hungry, selfish people such as these that rip people off should be prosecuted to the fullest if not more that the laws provide.
