The International Library Of Photography told that picture was going to be entered in the Spirit of the Night book orderd $65 worth of books and I got one book from them and it was on wood work Owing Mill Maryland

I had order two books from The International Library of Photography because I was told that the photo that I submitted into a photo contest was going to get pubished in the "Spirit in the Night" edition. I sent them $65 and it has been a year now and yesterday (6/7/04) I recieved one book from them and it was on wood working and it had nothing to do with photography. I am very upset by their scam. I don't have a number on how to get a hold of them or anything. Please help!!!!!!
