The Janitorial Agency tjasc I am seeking legal arbitration against this non-productive corporation lansing, Michigan

In 2011 We paid The Janitorial Agency 20,000 dollars to provide the following as we were trying to start up a family cleaning service. They were to provide us with the following:
training (with hidden additional costs)
business logo
business cards
qualified for/and certifiied 
marketing materials
contract leads, assistancein perfecting the walk thru process
assisting us with writing propsals for the RFB that we found on our own.

It was noted that this was a start-up business and we needed and was assured that we would be given contracts prior to training completions as we needed to have revenue being generated to insure the business prospered while we completed training. We were assured this would be done.

Needless to say none of this has yet to come to fruition.
The marketing materials did not represent our company but theirs so what was provided was in reverse of expectations.  After threatening them with arbitration we once again proceeded to receive the run around with what I can only assume was and is a virtual legal department.

Several months later we were told they had some management problems and assured us they would provide us with potential contract work. They sent us out on walk thrus in which they failed to follow-up in a timely manner with potential customers and we lost the business. The proposals they did produce d would not cover the cost of gas let along produce revenue. 

Needless to say, I think our only recourse is to seek arbitration and believe me I am only touching on the surface of the issues I have had dealig with this corporation.
