The Jewish Israeli Yellow Pages,DAPEY ASSAF Yellow Pages, DAG Jewish Directories Andrea Kumar, Sammy, Leanna T. Council & all owners of company Advertising Deception Kew Gardens, New York

On December 30, 2009, I was visited by Leanna T. Council a sales rep for the Jewish Israeli Yellow Pages.  I declined her offer for adveritising, she called their Atlanta office and put me on the phone with Ms. Sammy, she reassured me that this ad will bring me lots of clients, " Jewish People have lots of money"  you will get a lot of business.  I stated that I specialize in ethnic hair, and I don't believe I would get any business.  I was assured I would get so much business I will not regret my investment.  

 The total ad was $2444.00, I wrote 4 post dated checks for $611.00.  I decided to cancel the ad after carefully thinking about it, my gut feelings told me this company was bogus.  I checked their so call web site, just a listing of advertisers.  I called and left messages, faxed a cancellation of the contract on December 31, 2009.  

 They got me  for $611.00.   With much back and forth with the NY office, I spoke to Andrea Kumar this went on for over a month, I see that they had no intention of refunding my deposit. I was surely played by Leanna, Sammy & Andrea.  The company cashed my check before getting my contract, which was not signed, I had to fax them my signature. 

 There is no winning this company, they are very cunning.  I see that I was not going to win, but as I see I've not been there only victim of deception.  A class action suit needs to be brought against Assas Ran, The Jewish Isreali Yellow Pages/DAPEY ASSAF Yellow Pages, Andrea Kumar, Ms Sammy, Atlanta office ad Leanna Councils.  I have all supporting documents to verify my claim.

P.S.  The ad that was designed for my business was a cut and paste from another website of mine... God is watching you Assas Ran and yor accomplises.
