I applied to a job with The LA Marketing Firm via Careerbuilder.com titled "Project Manager". After reading the reports on this website I called to find out Exactly what the position entailed. It was confirmed that it is a door to door sales job. When I asked what a project manager does for the company they tried saying that it is a "face to face" marketing job. When I asked them if it is door to door sales, they stated who their current client was and that they are bringing to the customers the new technology, I then asked is it going door to door and they said yes.
WOW!
What a joke! They way they portray the company in the job listings nowhere does it state door to door sales.
Needless to say, I cancelled my so called "Interview".
I am very dissapointed.
