The Lasik Vision Institute aka,Conti Eye Care, P.A. Classic Bait and Switch Branchburg New Jersey

There is a commercial on tv (FX Channel) for Lasik Vision Institute claiming they do Lasik surgery for 299.00 per eye. They want you to either call or go to www.24.regainyourvision.com. Once you go to the site you fill out a few questions and then a person calls you to set your appointment for your free consultation. Once you visit the office they do a few tests and then they sit you down to go over pricing. I was told at that point that I would qualify for their lowest rate because my vision wasn't that bad. I was also told that it is usually 1500.00 per eye but since my vision isn't bad that he (Chris) would be able to give me the rate that they give the police which is 999.00 per eye. At that point I brought to his attention that I was there regarding their ad on the website and tv for 299.00 per eye and he told me he knew nothing about it. I told him that I was 100% sure that I contacted the right company and he then replied, "well we are referred business by the Lasik Vision Institute and that they offer it at their locations but not at ours." I then told him that it sure sounded to me like bait and switch and he said they had nothing to do with their prices. At that point I thanked him and left.
