The law firm for Attorney Mark Rotham I got phone calls and a text message about a pay day loan

I was contacted by someone that would only call and leave a message for me and I was to call them back. and when I called them back I was informed that I had a pay day loan and that it wasn't paid, When i had asked for mor information as to where it was from and what was the actually date, they gave me a date 9 years ago.  I have not been with the bank in question for some time now since I moved.  When I was told that I would have to pay a settlement to make it go away I was to give my credit card or bank information and it would be done with.  However, about 2-3 weeks later I received 4 text messages and her is what they said.

1/4 Hello, this the law firm for Attorney mark Rothman, This message is solely for (my name), we made several attempts to contact you the purpost of (2/4)this contact it about a litigation currently reviewed for three charges, which will be filed with the federal claim cout this evening for questions and (3/4) concern feel free to contact the petitioners office it is your leagal right to do so, that number is _315-294-0566_ be advised that you have been notified  (4/4) through mail, email, voicemail and text good luck in court.

The man that left the message is tallking with a thick accent and hard to understand at times, and then has a woman call back with a accent and she is not understandable either.  Just want to help others be on the look out for these numbers
