The Law Office of Paul A. Krasker Threatening to sue me for writing a negative review! West Palm Beach Florida

I understand every case is different, and in my case I nothing but not just good, but great things to say about this law firm. 

After wasting more than Six years, and close to $45000 with another lawyer, I was referred by some one to this law firm. I was very hesitant because I was afraid I was going to waste my time and money, just like the previous  attorney. To make this long story short this law firm resolved my issue in less than a year, and at a fraction what the other lawyer was charging me. I am so very pleased and happy I Will recommend them to everyone I know. Words can not described the joy we feel knowing we are not losing our home.

 Your first amendment rights DO NOT over ride THEIR rights. Its ALL equal. So not only are you facing a potential lawsuit for defamation once, but now you face it again by posting on RoR. See FACTUAL doesn't mean giving YOUR OPINION!!!! And you have done this on THIS post alone. By placing your opinion and submitting it as FACT you get to face a lawsuit. Your rights are NOT being trampled, YOU are trampling THEIR rights and attempting to justify your posts with YOUR OPINIONS!!!! Just remember its YOU who has to prove THEY screwed up. If you cannot prove this beyond any doubt then bow out. Justice costs money and lawyers are expensive. So just make 100% sure that NOTHING you posted is untrue, a fabrication, or YOUR OPINIONS. Otherwise you ARE in the wrong and deserve what you are going to face. The web is a great tool but ppl like YOU tend to think YOU get to say or do whatever you wish with no real life consequences. That is no longer the case. Lawyers,doctors, and financial analysis are one of the three professions you DO NOT lie about online. They have better lawyers then YOU. The biggest hurdle is that YOU need a lawyer to represent you, and guess what, they are ALL a good ole boys club and they WILL NOT go against another lawyer in a frivolous case. So this all goes away if you take it down or keep it up and face the music. You have also confused your first amendment rights. No where does it say that YOU get to spread YOUR OPINION around the web as fact without facing the music for doing so. Sorry to be harsh about it but someone has to force you into facing the truth of what YOU have done WILLINGLY and WITH MALICE!!! Trust me when I say that a LAWYER is going to know the law BETTER then you. When you post out of SPITE you better be in the RIGHT!! Unfortunatly in THIS instance RoR never removes a post. So YOU could be held responsible financially for as long as THIS POST pops up on the first page of a search engine.
