I don't even know where to begin
This has to be the worst experience of my life
My case was an easy win, no contest from the guilty party
After mismanaging my case to the point of a formal complaint of incompetence
I managed to gather medical records lost or unattained by my "lawyers"
The insurance company was quick to settle and even quicker to pay the settlement
Imagine my surprise when I received a letter from the insurance company stating that the check had been sent to my lawyers office two weeks prior
I called Law Tigers and ask to receive my settlement
Oh sorry they tell me ,the checks are made out incorrectly
Oh no problem I say when will I get my settlement, any day now they reply
15 DAYS GO BY ,I happen to call and ask again where my settlement is
Oh we don't know ,I say please check on my settlement
Oh the check was mailed to our fake San Diego address and returned to the insurance company.
This my friends is only the tip of the iceberg when it come to dealing with the "lawyers" at this firm
I have had to extract information from the team members and argue with the office manager to the point of him raising his voice at me in a threatening manner
Over $20 K did they take from my settlement for what?
What a joke , don't be fooled by the sales pitch at your bedside while recovering from your accident . ALL LIES AND FLUF (I would normally cuss right here)

My claim has been settled ,checks have been issued and recieved by me
The Law firm did follow through with the case and now I am satisfied with the outcome
The head lawer took controll of the situation and made this nightmare end in a matter of days
Thank you Geoff Trachtenberg for doing the right thing and putting the screws on the insurance company
