The Lease Outlet are CROOKS!!!! I wish that I had read these complaints before I started doing business with these people. Had a written agreement to lease a car for the terms in the agreement, but the lease contracts they sent me were for 20% to 30% more money over the term of the lease. I was told that Audi had changed their money rate, and their residuals, therefore there was nothing that they could do about it.
When I could finally get in touch with Joe Lopez, the owner to ask to have my deposit refunded, I was told to go "F" myself, and he would see me in court.
I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I hope anyone with similar experiences will do the same. I don't understand how these guys can hold an A rating, the way they do business, I guess most people just don't fight back. Unfortunately it looks like I am going to have to retain the services of an attorney, to get my money back.
Hopefully someone will see this, and not make the same mistake that we did.

Do you know the BBB is NOT a government agency??? Everything about the BBB is a SCAM! The BBB sells these phoney accreditations and phoney "ratings" to anyone and I mean ANYONE who wants to BUY one!
Go to Youtube.com and search "BBB Scam". You'll see with your own eyes a complete expose of the BBB SCAM. They do an interview with some BBB pond scum, slimeball which he abruptly ends because the reporter cites example after example of BBB scams.
