Principal people in The Legacy Group mismanaged multiple residential real estate projects that resulted in the partial and/or complete loss of investor capital. Loss of investor capital has been in the millions of dollars.
Principals in the company also breached fiduciary responsibility by failing to collect monies owed to the trusts and distribute such to the Settlors of each trust.
Principals in the company also responsible for breach of contract by failing to provide annual accountings to primary beneficiaries of a trust, by failing to loan trust estate proceeds to non-third-party borrowers, and by converting the trust real estate loans into ownership equity in LLCs.
