If you come in contact with Kim Stewart or Tracy Castagna of The Lending Source Limited RUN THE OTHER WAY. They conduct suspicious telemarketing campaigns and are not associated with a large bank. They are small time independent loan brokers with little oversight. I had a very bad experience with them as they lied and stole from me and my family. They lied in an affidavit to steal money from us so there is no telling what they will do to you. I would be very cautious to have them finance a home for you woth hundreds of thousands of dollars and give them all of your personal financial information which might not be secure. Do yourself a favor and if you come into contact with them mention this post and go to an actual local bank to obtain your mortgage loan.
