The Leonora | Mona NYC INC | Noel Ashman Failure to Pay for Services, Wrote Bad Check, Ignores Attempts to Collect Money Ower New York New York

My company conducted promotional services for Noel Ashman's club, the Leonora, and has been chasing the money for over four months. Dozens of calls, text messages and emails were ignored and Mr. Ashman would disappear from his venue or hide in his locked office when we went to inquire about our money.

After months of trying to get our money we visited the venue and he finally wrote us a check. Fearing that it may bounce I tried cashing it at his bank to avoid charges to our account if it did not clear. We have tried to cash the check six times with his bank and each time I have been told that there is not enough money in the account.

Mr. Ashman has been contacted several times by us letting him know that his check can't be cashed due to lack of funds. He claims that there is fraud in his account, when in reality the only fraud occurring here is on his end.
