The Lionheart Group Lionheart Deceptive in Recruiting of NJ Sales Agents Internet

I represent The Lionheart Group - NJ, and am disappointed in the comments that Avatar has made about our New Jersey Group. We have been conducting periodic interviews in New Jersey for over a year, and have an excellent track record of interviewing professional and select candidates. We are a legitimate independent marketing organization that markets on a business to business basis.

So let me address Avatar's comments because I am not sure where he obtained his information. First, we do not "pull" resumes from monster.com, nor do we have any telephone contact with candidates prior to our interview session. We have a very unique recruiting and interview process that we follow dilligently because it works for us. If Avatar spoke with someone at Lionheart - NJ, I would like to know who that might have been because I am the individual responsible for selecting the candidates.

Also, we do not recruit management from the outside, as each of our managers or Team Leaders as we call them, come from our ranks and are based on performance and merit.

Keep in mind that all of our communications prior to the interview are done via
e-mail, and not by phone. If Avatar scheduled an appointment for an interview, he would have done that through a link which would have provided him with open dates and times for him to schedule a convenient interview time for himself. He also would have been given a link to our website so that he could research and learn more about our group. The facts are that we do business to business sales, and are very successful in what we do!

Our organization takes pride in what we do, and we respect every candidate's time and interest in our organization. This philosophy has allowed us to select, train and continue the success that we have enjoyed in the NJ - NY - PA marketplace! We look forward to the growth that we have continued to enjoy, and look forward to meeting more qualified candidates to grow with us!

I agree with you. The Lionheart Group is very misleading. I asked the "recruiter" when she called if this was a position with their company where I would be an employee. She said yes. I asked her to send me a job description and she sent me one that was rather vague. When she called to confirm my interview time, I asked her about the job and who exactly would I interview with, how long was the interview and would this be a one on one interview. She told me she was not sure if she would be in the interview but I would meet face to face with this one person. When I got there, it was like cattle call for anyone and everyone who was looking for work. I tried to be open minded but as an HR professional, some of what she was saying was down right untrue. How many people do you know has car insurance and drives around not knowing they have multiple warrants for their arrest because of car accidents? Any real car insurance agency would notify you immediately that you insurance was cancelled before they would allow you to ride around with that many warrants from a number of cities/states. Come on who are the fooling.

I also was contacted by Lionheart, not by phone but by email. I showed up for that interview, and found a very credible company with an great opportunity and I am very glad I did. What you would have found is a rapidly growing company that needed to interview people as a group because of their quick expansion.
