THE LIST GUY THELISTGUY Extreme Inaccuracy (min of 90%) tricked me into buying by lying about services. Portland, Oregon

I was in need of a list to help me in a marketing campaign, I look for low prices and reliability.  Seeing THELISTGUY ranked high with google and with them answering the questions right I decided to rely all the money I could in getting a list and marketing that list.

Once however I got the list I noticed that the list had ages tied to it that didn't at all match the age of my clientel (college students).  Although I know ages vary with students about 90% of the students are below a certain age, and the list was almost entirely out of the age spectrum.

Also when I tried to use the list, I couldn't.  Blocked from the huge bounce rate.

When I tried to mail out to the address provided, (postcards), I got a huge percentage of them back.  And of course the ones that did make it didn't mean anything due to the individuals likely not even being students (which is what they guaranteed).
I've come across some pretty scam set companies, such as storesonline.com and doba.com, but none of them were quite as bad as thelistguy.com.

I tried to talk to thelistguy to work with them to come up with solutions, but all I get is more attempts from them to convince me that the faulty information was good enough to use.  It's not.  I spent more money on trying to use the information than purchase it with no results (Yes I was measuring to see if there was actually any results) yes none.
