The Little Gym (Put My Child In Timeout For Hugging)/Birthday Bash Ruin The Little Gym Unorganized/Unprofessional/Racist Columbia South Carolina

Since my child has been going to this place there’s been a few issues I’ve had to report and no issues were resolved. The first issue they ruin my daughter’s 3rd birthday bash by mixing up her decorations of Daniel Tiger with another child’s Mickey Mouse decoration.

I went into the class 15 minutes prior to birthday bash to make sure they had everything together, they assured me they did, minutes later I went in, wrong decorations, and I had to help put up some of my daughter’s birthday decorations as guests were arriving witnessing the craziness.

There was Mickey Mouse decorations and a little Daniele Tiger decorations. Embarrassing and disappointing. They gave me the Mickey Mouse decorations upon leaving to avoid extra cleanup and the next day they called me to bring all the decorations/balloons back because they mixed up the birthday parties.

They gave us a small gift card and this was an exspensive once in a lifetime birthday party. They kept the same worker that ruin my child’s birthday party and would’ve kept the other too, but he was leaving for police training. The second issue my daughter has a friend that goes there and their always hugging.

The instructors and parents always thought it was cute , took photos of one of the moments, and emailed it to me (I saved the email with photos). Two months later they started targeting my child of every little toddler behavior and sending her out the class while overlooking the other kids of their race behavior.

Other kids have hit and pushed my child, nothing was done about it. February 4th of 2019 they sent my daughter out the class in timeout for hugging another child. These are the same people that took photos of her hugging another child and praised her for it two months ago. I immediately took my child out that class because that was ridiculous and the parents of the child seem no issue (I have a recent email from the parents stating they had no issues with my daughter hugging their child).

I placed my daughter at another gym and now exploring how to handle this legally. Justice will be served. This school is mostly of the Caucasian race and very little of any other races, and most of their good reviews are from caucasians. I think these issues were apart of descrimination and racism. They’ll probably come under this review with attacks, send others, and I’m ready.
