The Loan Depot ,Cash for Title Loans Title loan depot They lied and ignored us so they could keep my truck!!! houston, Texas

Ok, well we had used the Loan Depot 4 times prior to being screwed over..  me and the wife had gotten the other loans to fix up my truck.. All these loans had been paid off without any problems. We even paid off 2 of them months early..

One day the wifes car broke down, (transmission) it was going to cost 5 times more to fix her car then my truck, so we werent going to fix it. Instead we went and got a $600 loan which was half of what we had been getting loans for, but we only need enough to get my truck on the road.... 2 months go by and our pay checks fell a week off from when the $132 loan payment was.. So we called for an extension and got it..

Well a few days later the manager calls and ask why we hadnt paid, and we told him that we called and we were given an extension for a week.. he says he did not give us an extension , so the payment had to be made.. the guy says let me see what i can do and doesnt call us back so we had to call him the next day.... this is where it gets really sketchy on their part..

We talked to atleast 4 different people and said we should be ok, but got no definite answer.. Well that thursday just before payday a repo man shows up to get my truck. i am in utter dis-beleif.. Liars and theives.. only 1 week late and this is how we are treated.. so the wife goes up there to talk to them while I keep this guy from my truck. luckily I had a remote kill switch that took its own key..

they [proceed to tell my wife there is nothing they can do, its up to the creditor, yet they wouldnt give us any info on the creditor so we could contact them.. We asked what we had to pay to get him to leave.. the loan depot says we have to pay off the whole loan, plus the $300 repo fee... BS i said. i knew that legally they couldnt come take my truck but the guy had sat there for 7 hours waiting to take it and even blocked my driveway.. i was furious and could have easily kicked in his face for trespassing..  but i didnt and kept my composure..

i removed alot of things from the truck while it sat there so it wouldnt be driveable without alot of work.. the guy says they would work with me so i let them take the truck.. The next day I had to borrow money but I had it all and was ready to go get it back. But the loan depot lied some more and said it would take a few days and then the story was they had to wait on the creditor, blah blah blah, lie lie lie...... Weeks passed and no one would even talk to us. three months of fighting and they finally say we sold your truck.. I wish i had the money to sue these people..

Well the truck had over 9k invested and was a show truck.. So i am sure the second the creditor seen the truck they decided they would keep it since it was worth 20 times more then the loan that was given...

Lie after lie and bs after bs from these people.. We were loyal customers and never gave them any problems and still they didnt value that.. So if they dont have enough respect for a loyal customer what do you think they will do to a first timer that gets behind??
