I have no choice and i am writing up this company again. See my most recent report on The Loan Depot. The title is "Bad Employess, liars Houston, Texas. I hightly recommend that you take my report serioulsy. I dont make up stories like this because i have nothing better to do with my time. After that stunt that they pulled on me in August 2013 of this year. I received a text last week, soliticting me for business. They are telling that i am a premier, prefered customer, some nonesense of some type. In other words, they are convinced that i am so sutpid and so dumb, that would actually go up to one their store locations, sign a contact, then watch them repo my car again. I had to call the store location and ask the new manager if he is having some type of problem and asked him if he know who i am and that they rippped me and repoed my car.

So they are sending me text, and i didnt sign on to this type of solicitation. You solicit me after what you did, expect a response.

I am going to warn everyone out there who is in a jam. Keep your car, borrow the money else where. This company who does loans with Bank of America, literally wants you borrow money so that they can take your car. You will then be forced to come up with the remainding loan balance, and YOU WILL BE WALKING AND GETTING PLENTY OF CARDIO. You will not be able to go to your job, and you will be one of the many people that you see walking on the sidewalks, crossing streets in this city. Why, this is what they did to me.  They actually believe that i am so stupid that i would do this again. Here is what is really going on with this company who is rumored to do business with  Bank of America. Based on my research  and what i was told by former employees, this is not looking good, it stinks to high heaven.

Title Loan Businesses on every street corner, have you noticed this lately. There is a reason for this. They set us up. First they engineered and economic crash, then it time for them to take cars of the people who are struggling.

This scam was invented to call in your loans. You signed the contract, the bank comes up short, then calls your loan, repoing your car. This generates income for Loan Depot and the Lien Holder,  DDB Investments LLC, and the other LLC"s thieves involed in this racket.  If you call loans on 50 cars in Houston, then 50/100 is $175,000/12 =$2,100,000.00/25 states=$52,500,000.00. Yes that is 52 million dollars in yearly income for Bank Of America and who ever is involved. You have a choice, borrow the money else where, or become a victim. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. The fact that this company Loan Depot is soliciting me again for business,  sees me as sucker for punishment. "we need more ideots like this"

I am trying to protect you, the people from experiencing something horrific. See the other reports, not just mine. The victims that are writing these reports are not making up stories. People are making payments on time and are loosing their cars. Why is this happening. I noticed that one of the reports had a response, saying that the writier didnt write that report said, that they didnt write that report.  Ok, then if that didnt happen, then you better read the other ones including mine. Now it the new Obama Care scam, dont even get me started on that one. Read those reports around the country about Loan Depot and see victims complaints. This was a planned scam. After paying off 7 loans and the repo fees, The Loan Depot figures that i am good sucker, a fool who why need. "We can screw him again",. What and idoet. I bet he will come in and sign a contract again, WRONG, THIS IS WHERE YOU ARE WRONG LOAN DEPOT. REMOVE ME FROM YOUR ADVERTISING LIST, STOP TEXT ME YOUR SOLICITATIONS. STOP TRYING TO CONVINCE ME TO TURN IN MY CAR, SO THAT YOU CAN CALL MY LOAN, LIE TO ME, FALSIFY LATE PAYMENTS ON MY PROFILE, CALL THE REPO ON MY CAR, THREATENING TO SEND POLICE OFFICER TO MY HOUSE TO ARREST ME, ETC. YEA RIGHT.

I WILL NOT BE SIGNING OVER MY CAR TO BANK OF AMERICA. THEY TOOK MY HOUSE, AND THEY ARE NOT GETTING MY CAR. SO STOP TRYING TO TAKE MY CAR AGAIN. HOW STUPID DO YOU THINK I AM TO LET YOU DO THIS ME AGAIN.

$2,448.00 is a lesson i will never forget. Your lying modos operanda, and false advertising didnt fool me this time. You brought this on to yourself, you threatened me, lied to me falsified data on me, repoed my car, cleaned me out, attacked my financial infrastructure, put me out on the street,literally,  made me walk to work, inconvenienced me for over 2 weeks, damaged my car in you Houston Auction parking lot, allowed thieves like yourself to go through my car, stealing money, digging through my trunk, left my windows down, my car soaked by rain water, causing damage to the interior. I order you to remove me from your advertising list and dont ever contact me ever again. Do this again, threaten me, i will take this to  the media, and i am not afraid to have cameras pointing in my face on TV. I encourage others to not be afraid and post your complaints on this company. Fair is weakness leaving the body. I am of the few the proud, the STRONG. Only the strong survive, and i am the strong, indeed.
